1. Custom Orders & Specifications

Since Nexon Doors specializes in premium, customizable, built-to-size doors (including UV series, Omex deluxe series, and custom wood panel designs), all orders are manufactured to the customer's specified dimensions and requirements:

• Size Verification: It is the client's / architect's responsibility to provide precise height, width, and thickness measurements prior to production. Nexon Doors is not liable for structural mismatch due to incorrect dimensions supplied by the client.
• Order Lock-in: Once an order transitions to the manufacturing floor after design sign-off, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
• Color Variations: Slight grain variations in natural wood veneers or minor shade differences in digital images are standard and reflect the authentic quality of luxury craftsmanship.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Damage Claims

We work diligently with our logistics partners to deliver your custom doors safely and on schedule:

• Delivery Location: Delivery will be executed to the shipping address verified during the check-out / invoice confirmation.
• Receipt Inspection: Customers must inspect the doors immediately upon arrival for transport damage or manufacturing defects.
• Claims Window: Any structural or finish defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or video logs sent to nexondoors.india@gmail.com.

3. Material Quality & Durability Standards

Our doors are engineered to satisfy global testing standards. Selected series features, such as 100% Termite Resistance and Boiling Water Proofing, are valid under ordinary residential conditions. Damage originating from improper installation, extreme environmental exposure (e.g. continuous submersion in acid or high chemical detergents), or manual modification of structural components after purchase is excluded from quality certifications.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Nexon Doors and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, photographs, drawings, design collections, and logos featured on the Nexon Doors website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our site for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexon Doors, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Nexon Doors, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our products.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tamil Nadu for the resolution of any disputes.
